We present a variety of the top talent in live rocking entertainment from across England and Wales.
Each band plays two sets and the DJ / MC takes care to fill the rest of the evening with selected tracks for Jive, Bop and Stroll.

A lovely afternoon of music and dance in good company at a great ballroom-sized venue. The monthly super-informal tea dances bring tasty light refreshments and even tastier tracks with DJ Rhythm Hound.
Great music plays from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. At the same time our hot drinks and some sweet snacks are available at no exta charge.
Around 2pm we have a fun Jive class for those who want to join in. Around 3pm a savoury snacks are also offered. The low-cost licenced bar is available throughout.
All in the Ballroom at Burghfield CSA, James Lane, RG30 3RS. The venue offers ample free on-site parking.

First established by rockin' fans in 1991, this is one of the UK's top 1950s-style nights, bringing you great bands and specialist DJs at a lovely venue.

3RS enjoys this special club venue on the southern side of Reading, close to the M4, between Junctions 11 and 12.
A large dance-floor and a friendly crowd, enjoying hours of quality entertainment. Burghfield CSA has a low-priced bar serving hot and cold food and extensive free on-site parking in two car-parks.
There is no membership requirement and so if you enjoy retro music and dance then join us. Jive, Stroll, Bop or just enjoy listening and watching with a drink or a meal.
Debra & John of RockinRhythm have organised these events since January 2012, celebrated the first 21 years in April 2012 and now look forward to the 3th anniversary of Reading Rock 'n' Roll in April 2025.
